From the pespective of a medical office, we saw a patient that arrived on time(12:30). When he left for his appointment, approximatly an hour later we called for his ride. Our staff was never given an accurate time frame or description of car even if we asked. At 4 :30 on my way home this gentleman was still outside waiting. Finally after 4 calls to Westside Manor a black, UNMARKED, Toyota Camry showed up. He did not not stop in our designated pick up spot, away from the mojor boulevard but stopped at the red curb in heavy rush hour traffic.
