I myself was in Western hills about 2016 for rehab then LTC I was treated great by 98% of the staff, One P.A. and night LPN ignored my calls for help with a severe infection but bypassing them I got the care I needed. The administrator on down were all caring and had a open door policy. The staff is stable and shows they are treated right. I would recommend Western hills for exceptional care. My Mom recently spend 26 days at Western Hills. The staff is wonderful, professional, friendly, helpful & I would very much recommend Western Hills!!

The cost of this community was pok and they do accept medicaid. This did not seem like a very active community. The staff were friendly and the food was ok. I would recommend taking a look at this community.
