I had a great stay here at Webster Park. The staff was excellent. The food was great. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. I want to thank everyone that helped me get better during my stay. [names removed] you were all so helpful to me. [name removed] and his PT team knew how to get results. They got me on the right track in helping me to be able to get home with out any pain. I would recommend Webster Park to anyone.

My mother was recently a patient there. After a three week stay and after disturbing issues arose, I had her removed. She died 3 weeks later. The staff and administration do not care about their patients. This place should be shut down.

My dad is being taken over today, I stopped by to drop some things before he got there and right away I was extremely turned off. The building is very old and run down and not what they advertise at all! The woman in reception was extremely friendly and kind although the reception area looked like it was a makeshift set up. There were a lot of people coming and going in scrubs and in my opinion they looked like dirty scrubs. My only view will be from the window due to the pandemic which I understand, but I have to say I am worried. I will add more information when I get more.

I have been checking it out, and the nurses and the aides do things for you right away when you ask, or answer your questions right away. There's no waiting to telling you they'll be back to help, they always help right away. They keep an eye on my loved one and they're getting him going with therapy. The only negative thing is that my brother says the food is terrible.

We had a rough start but I feel like they are really on top of things now. They are pro-active and responsive. They are interested in my loved one getting better.

I would recommend Webster Park to a friend. If the rehab helps my wife, that will be a big help.

The overall experience has been very good. The staff is really helpful and they've even gone above and beyond to let us know how to contact them at all hours of the day and night and that there is always someone there. The place seems to be really clean. Clearly, it's an older building, but they've renovated and there is new furniture and carpeting. I would certainly recommend them.

You need to be an advocate to speak up for your family members needs. The therapy is awesome. The occupational therapist who has been working with mom is exceptional!

So far Webster Park has gone well. I do not have too much experience with the stay but when I visit the staff seems to be all friendly.

I have visited Webster Park now a few times. The food is good but the care could be better. I could not recommend Webster Park to a friend at this time.

A Place for Mom has scored Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
