Walking in the front door for the first time I was met with an overwhelming odor. The farther in the facility I went the worse it got. I almost walked right past my mother while she sitting in the hallway by herself with a tray of congealed food. I immediately took her to her room. The room was dirty. The floor had not been swept. There was dirty linens in the doorway between the room and bathroom. At the base of the wall I'm not sure if it was dirt or mold. After multiple complaints about the room the linens were thrown farther in to the bathroom. The nursing staff was so rude and unfeeling. They were rude to the family members. I can't imagine how the patients that can't communicate are treated. The last night my mom was there she ask for help and instead they shut her curtains, turned her light off, and shut her door. Leaving her in the complete dark. They were told repeatedly that she didn't like being in the dark. If you care about your family please don't send them there.

The people at the Meadows helped me and they are good with my mom. She has been there before and the first time I was not happy with it. The room was nice and clean and my mom was happy there. The meals were really good. My mom did have an issue with the TV remote not working but they fixed that when it was brought it to their attention.

They are taking excellent care of my loved one and she looks wonderfully cared for. Everyone is nice. This is her second time there and the therapists are wonderful. I would recommend Warsaw Meadows. They always call me even in the middle the night.

Our overall experience was excellent! The restrooms and the hallways could use more attention. The meals are so far so good but she has mentioned that she is not enjoying the processed meats.

The meals are good. They all communicate pretty well. They kept messing my medicines up. They did not bring the right meds at the right times.

A Place for Mom has scored Warsaw Meadows 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
