The caregivers were very clean. I wish they would had provided nursing assistance for my loved one. They would just come and sit and keep company. They did do a good job of keeping the house up kept and clean. The meals that they helped prepare were very good. I would recommend Visiting Angels to friends and family.

We are using their services for my loved ones, and since this is for homecare, so the "Cleanliness" and "Activities" don't apply. I haven't been there to actually witness them caring for my loved ones, so I don't want to rate something I haven't seen. However, the staff has all been nice. The ones that have stayed with our family and are continuing to provide care are very nice. The price is fair, but it's definitely a struggle. Perhaps a lower price would be nice. One suggestion would be to maybe screen the caregivers that come to help. We had a few caregivers come out that would, in no way, be the right help for my loved ones.
