not worth it. rent is overpriced. staff in the office are rude, they will tell you one thing then another staff member will say something different. the showers have mold. the gates never worked although they stated they would fix them several times. the pool was always dirty, and the gym. be ready to step on dog poop, because people will not clean. I lived on the third floor and the stairs going up were super loose, waiting for an accident to happen. Stay Away, it's cheaper down the street, I should have researched before. people will also have their dogs roaming without a leash.

Rude management and staff especially the one sits on the right desk and her name starts with [removed] very rude, mean and disrespectful vulgar. If you call and she answered your phone call it is like hell. She will make you hate the day you called and the day you moved to the [removed]. The manager is slightly less rude but still rude, she will slam the office door infront of you 5 minutes before 6 clock because they prepare to close. they will not let you in to pick up your packages, she is the worst. The safety is below zero. The gates are always open and within 2 weeks more than four thefts happened, vehicles burglarized, they take tires and beak into the cars.Very unsafe. The gates are broken all the time. Very weird people knock at the doors!! The maintenance staff are the worst. They will break into your apartment without giving you notice. EVEN if you made it clear to not get into apartment without notice, they will still break into your apartment doesn't matter. Happened twice. Ants and cockroaches are everywhere. The trees where coming into our patios and we asked them more than one time to cut the trees because it is unsafe and ants come into our patio, but no one came to cut the trees. They will charge you cleaning fees and other hidden fees even if you left the apartment super clean. They will take your deposit. Dont get fooled with pictures. Crap and rude management.
