I have lived here for over a year with my fiancé and we have been through hell. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night throughout the entire building, power outages a few times a week, damage to our personal items from mold, and an absolutely money hungry owner [name removed]. [name removed] does NOT care about your safety or anything you need...multiple other tenants have even had electrical issues that could have caused a fire and [name removed] wouldnt let the handyman do anything! The handyman [name removed] and the office lady [name removed] are the only two nice people at this establishment but I would NEVER recommend anyone else pay almost one thousand dollars for a poor quality of living. I would live anywhere else in Indiana. There was even a week in the summer where the AC broke and they refused to fix it...MY APARTMENT GOT ALMOST TO 100 DEGREES AND NEARLY KILLED MY DOG
