HORRIBLE place to live

When we rented the apartment we were advised the parking was first come first serve. My vehicle was towed while I was sick in bed. Small storage closet included. I was told to remove my boxes it was NOT FOR PERSONAL storage. No doorbell or cameras allowed. Peep holes to high, CANNOT SAFELY answer your doors. The neighbor has 6 cop cams in her car and 2 at her door. NOT a SENIOR complex. I have counted 4 children UNDER 10 and 6 APPROX under 15. No pets over 20lbs. 9 I am aware of closer to 50 to 100lbs.. One has ATTACKED me on my porch. One BIT a neighbor. NOTHING outside that has a flame. AGAIN I counted 7 Gas BBQ grills. My upper neighbors reported me for turning on my bathroom fan. HORRIBLE, between the stomping, pounding on the walls, animal feces, ROACHES, RATS, & ANTS, it has been a HORRIBLE experience. We have been unable to enjoy the "dirty" pool, because the unsupervised children are"LOUD" and RUDE. This is a HORRIBLE place for "MOM"or any "LOVED" one.

Frequently Asked Questions about Villa Serena at Stanford Ranch

A Place for Mom has scored Villa Serena at Stanford Ranch 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
