Parts of it were good. The staff was excellent but some people were really undertrained. When I first went there I had to wait over 18 hours to get pain medication. That was totally unacceptable they assured me that that was an isolated thing. Then I got a new roommate, a retired RN, and they made her wait for medication as well. Another thing that happened was one of the caregivers tried to give me milk of magnesia at 6:30 in the morning and he insisted that I needed it and if I didn't then I was being uncooperative. I didn't need it. They just forgot to record that I had had a bowel movement the day before. That made me very sick for two days. So I'm not sure exactly how you get around that kind of thing. I didn't need the medicine but no one wants to be seen as uncooperative.
