This place is horrible! The majority of the nurses on the night shift are angry,rude and lazy.some during the day too, but not as much. I can't say names, but I will say there are 2 male nurses during the day who are excellent. They were my saving graces. Every hot meal is served stone cold. The cleanliness of the entire facility is not fit for an animal shelter, let alone any human being.you can wait hours for a pain med, when you really need it. Incontinent people sit for hours in a wet bed and clothes. If you've had surgery and need a dressing change for a wound, you have to tell them, instead of them coming and doing it like their supposed to do. They sit on their phones, playing or texting, meanwhile there would be 5 or 6 buzzers going off. To put it blunt, it is a HELL HOLE!
