My mother was not treated well at this facility. I asked that her urine catheter be removed so she would not get a bladder infection and was assured it would be. A week later, I was called because she was "confused." When I arrived, she was delirious and naked for the waist down. I had her taken to the ER, where she [removed] a few hours later of a severe UTI.
