They're good, I just wish they could be a little bit more consistent in caregivers. Things get switched around, but I suppose that's how the industry goes. Some caregivers have different skills than others, so I think hat needs to be matched up a little better. It was terrible experience with Valley Home Care. They had made many promises that they didn't keep and left my mother without care in a very critical time. I would never recommend them to anybody who is looking.
