The aids that my mother has had help her were all professional, good-hearted, attentive to my mother’s needs, patient and hard working. It is of great reassurance to have found Unified Pledge Home Health and know that my mother has dependable, compassionate and caring people helping her so that she can remain at home and get the assistance she needs. Unified Pledge Home Health was courteous, compassionate and very professional!
The people who run Unified Pledge are wonderful. They're accommodating and work with you. They actually care about what they're doing. You're not just a number to them. They really try to help you. Their cost is in line with average rates in the area. They helped us a lot, so I really appreciate what they've done. Keep in mind, not every person they send will be a good fit, so I would say keep at it until you find the right caregiver. I would definitely recommend them.
