I was most disappointed! I would say that it is only Alzheimers care in the sense that they are providing a room, and changing them, and feeding them. I don't feel they actually care.

Compared to Glen Oaks this place is a zero. You had to look for staff, they were never around. Besides the fact that my husband got angry one day because he said people weren't paying attention to him and he was yelling and having a fit and the lady told him to go to his room and she would be there in a minute. It was a real mess. The main staff, they were all jelly on the spot when you came in and wanted to move there but they just kind of pounce on you. They put them in apartments, they were really nice, but the patients weren't out and about, they didn't have things for them to do. it was good in the respect that it showed us what to look for. We didn't know what we were doing, all we saw was these nice people and this nice place and we had no idea what we needed to look for.
