Total Care Connections - Tempe

This past year my contact has been[name removed] .He is personable,flexible,and great with communication. My dad used to have a different caregiver almost daily until [name removed] came on and started to organize the schedule. He is always friendly and professional. The only thing is I recommend you not be as qualified as he is because they switched him to work in a different state. [name removed] is the best and we will miss him.

We have been using Total Care Connections for over 10 years. They are the best locally owned home care company that we have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Total Care is in constant communication with us and are always available for us. I like the personal care that the caregiver provides. She is great at communication and does whatever it takes to provide comfort for my mother. I really appreciated how much she cared!

Total Care Connections have been really easy to work with and have really been helpful to us getting the care need. The office staff lets us know if there are any scheduling conflicts and they are very knowledgeable and capable in providing care that we need.

My caregiver acts like my friend instead of just someone working here. My caregiver has a great personality! The office staff let's me know what is going on and if the caregiver is running late.

Total care connections is very attentive and they know what they need to do. They are not pushy or mean and they are kind if we have to call and cancel. They are right on top of things and are very attentive. It is a big help when they groom my husband and help him in and out of his chair and clean the house.

My dad and I are happy with the agency and their services. I like that they communicate well and they are attentive and get back to me right away if we have any concerns. They are very good at switching out caregivers until my dad is satisfied. They help with bathing, laundry, cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping the floors and washing the dishes. They also provide my dad company!

I am very happy with the office! If my caregiver is not going to be able to come, she lets the office know and in turn they let me know and ask me what I would like to do. If I have a problem, I can call them at any time and they will work with me. The office is so involved on both ends. My caregiver is a very nice person and she ill do anything for me with no complaints. She mainly helps me with showers, but if I ask her to make the bed or take out the trash she will do it for me and really doesn't seem to mind doing anything I ask of her! We have enough in common to laugh and joke a little bit with one another.

I love care giver that come to our home. With all the issues with COVID, Total Care Connections works hard to make sure we have coverage during these times. They answer phone calls and is very rare I get their answering machine. They are very efficient and call once a week to go over the next weeks schedule. Our caregiver is a Godsend!

Total Care Connections has been very dependable and the staff is very friendly. They give me a chance to get out of the house without having to worry about something happening to my wife. The caregivers are patient listen to me and my wife and do what we need them to do. They matched the caregivers well to my wife and we are very satisfied with them and were able to get someone out her as soon as we asked them.

The caregivers help me with my husband. They help him exercise, dress and shower him and do the housework really well! They are great at communication and are aware of what's going on and they meet all of my goals and needs.

The caregivers are on time and ask questions and are alert to our needs and what needs to be done. They give me a shower and look for things like bed sores and make sure I am doing well and not in pain. The caregivers are good listeners and I feel like I can talk to them. I do not have any negative things to say about this company. I think they are doing a good job!

I have a wonderful caregiver. She does everything for me. She helps me get dressed and shower and makes great food. I never have to tell her what to do as she automatically does it and has a great sense of humor. There is nothing I would change about the care I receive from Total Care Connections.

Total care connections keeps us informed. The caregivers are very helpful with my wife and me. The office lets us know who is coming and I like that we have a good routine and consistent caregivers. We are happy with Total Care Connections.

I am unable to do a lot of things so Total Care Connections helps me out. They are punctual. They take care of everything. I would not trade them for the world.
