Overall the care services were great - the staff members were very friendly and professional. The lady at the front desk was always fantastic to speak with. We would recommend this community to other families as long as their loved ones can still take care of themselves somewhat and they do not need an extreme level care

The director of this community was very kind, sweethearted about my mom's needs. She knew so much about Assisted Living. If we could afford it this would have been my dad's next home.

One of the best places in Prince George's County. People are friendly, provide good care, smells great and my grandmother has been very happy with the move here.

We had a tour to see this community and it was very good. The person who showed us around did a good job answering all of our questions and they were on time for our appointment. As we gathered the information about the place, it was not a good fit based on the price, intimate care, and location to the family.

I actually had a tour with Woodmore House Assisted Living. My very first experience was unpleasant. The front desk staff was so rude. The only person that gave me a tour was Ms.Stacy, she was very nice. But after the tour I realize my father condition doesn't fit for him to be in assist living. Overall I didn't like the place at all. I left there feeling sad for the residents housed there.

I used to work here and I must say that they are the most disrespectful when it comes to their clients. A lot of times clients aren't even bathed, instead they are just changed and put to bed, especially the dementia clients. The women Mrs.John was ignorant! She does not care about the emplyeeies or the clients! Maybe she's insecure about her weight/height but she should leave it at home If that's the case. It was times that clients have escaped, late for lunch/breakfast because they were forgotten about and plenty other things wrong with this business! I also advise NO ONE to work here because you WILL be underpaid. They can't keep staff if their lives depended on it! Then they cut your hours without telling you but it was okay with me because the work you do is worth way more than what they can pay for.

Was surprised and disappointed to learn this facility is primarily a medical adult day care center. While there are some assisted living residents, the daily activities seem to be geared more toward moderate to total care patrons who are bused in daily for day care services. There weren't many Woodmore staff persons visible, mostly other care providers from the county's social service offices or volunteers from local colleges and churches. The building is a maze with locked off areas for residents and many areas were deserted. Rooms are very sparsely furnished with few amenities.

Nice facility, friendly staff, adult daycare center onsite, semi-private rooms rather small for 2 walkers and 2 wheelchairs.

Met w/director, facility more than adequate. Concerned about my dad navigating the multiple corridors because of his vision and dementia. Didn't like that they only get local cable channels in their rooms.

I have visited Woodmore and loved it. I am now waiting for an assessment for my mother from them, for medicaid approval.

I like the rooms, but the hallways look too much like a nursing home (too long). Not very homey atmosphere.
