Poor communication by dispatch coordinator for hiring. It took 6 weeks for a background check that was never done yet the girl offered me a jo contingent upon that. At the end of 6 weeks, she finally said they hired someone else. I did call 3 times in the interest of the job but in the end, she couldn't tell me what was done. Her reply was "I'm sorry you feel that way" about her being non-professional. You don't say that to someone. If you hired someone else then tell me, don't hide it. That's all...Now I can move ahead.
