A Place for Mom has scored The Hearth At Windermere with 0 out of 10 using our proprietary review score based on 0 reviews in the last 2 years. Over all time, The Hearth At Windermere has 1 review with an average "overall experience" of 5 out of 5.
If I were looking for a place for myself this would be it. It may be a little small to suit my father though. It offers the range of care my father needs now and may need in the future. Much of the staff has been employed there for numerous years: chef 22 years, assistant chef 17 years, wellness director 17 years, activity director 9 year. Because it is small most of the staff knows all the residents and can tell when they are "not right." At the lowest level of care each resident is guaranteed a minimum of three interactions with a nurse each day, higher levels receive more.
