I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crescent Nursing Facility in Richmond, Texas. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and caring environment for their loved ones. Inattentive and Inadequate Staff: The staff at this facility seems overwhelmed, inattentive, and undertrained. There were numerous occasions when my concerns and requests were ignored, and my loved one’s needs were not met in a timely manner. The lack of attentiveness was evident in their approach to patient care, which was far from satisfactory.Poor Emergency Action Plan: During a recent natural disaster, it became clear that Crescent Nursing Facility was completely unprepared. The emergency generator was broken and had not been tested in advance, leading to a catastrophic failure during the emergency. As a result, patients were left without lights and air conditioning for three days, which tragically resulted in the deaths of several patients. The facility's inability to execute
