They make sure they have quality personnel. They have made me be able to do the things I need to do. They are prompt and they will let you know if there is something wrong. I have talked to the office and if somebody needs to fill in for our private caregiver, they are able to find people. The caregivers take good care of the client.

The people I have coming are very competent. They are always on time. They help with everything, like how they give him his exercises. I hate to do them and they do them every night. They get a shower for him. They are pleasant with everything they do for him. When something comes up, the office lets me know if they are going to be a little late, though it is rare that they are late.

They had some really strong workers who connected with my mom personally. They were very positive. The folks that sat with my mom had real life experience with dementia and were able to give some helpful resources and guidance. They did things with her like taking her on a ride if she got upset. They would bake and garden with her. They did a good job at matching her with the caregivers.

TenderHearted Home Care been a Godsend for us. Without exception, all the people have been terrific, attendants and everyone I have talked to in the office. We feel blessed to have found you. I am sure I am not the first person to tell you that your caregivers saved Mom from desperation and depression. We started this service after my oldest brother, who lived about 3 miles from Mom, passed away. He was her primary caregiver and she would have been lost without the companionship you provided.

The people are very conscienious and they know that this is my mother. They are very dependable. If someone is sick, they have someone else show up. She is in a wheelchair and they are very careful with her. They help her with her meals, with what she needs and they take initiative. They have a schedule set up online so I can see who is coming what day.

During the 3 ½ years my father lived as a widower, our needs for Tender Hearted’s services range of from the simplest to the more complex as his health changed while I know they have Tender Heart in their name, that’s actually how I think of them. That reliability, flexibility. Members at Tender Hearted developed relationships as friends of my dad. Highly recommend and highly valued by a daughter who was living and caring for a parent out of state.

When my husband became unable to perform simple tasks, THHC was just what we needed. I work full time and the assistance given by the THHC team provided him with excellent care and helped me get household chores completed without me worrying about what was not getting done. My husband was not real receptive to the idea originally but he has been “all in” since the first visit.

There is NOTHING I can say bad about Tender Hearted. During the most difficult tie in my life, [removed] and [removed] along with all the homecare workers were God's angels in my time of need.
