The care that was received was really outstanding. This company moved at a pace very fast when we said we needed care for my mother. They made sure she was in her new place and was settled in nicely and she was very please with the caregivers that was place with her. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am not the happiest with their services, their caregivers are not the most reliable. It is not expensive and we are getting what we are paying for. I would tell others to just make sure to keep a close eye on your loved ones.

Administratively, it's lacking. They do seem to have a really good gift of finding very nice, respectful people. But out of the four people that they've sent me, only two have been just incredible in terms of how they handle my loved one (commitment to and knowledge of my loved one). Only one do I truly feel like I can rely on for timeliness and attendance. So the care really depends on the caregiver. Some of them are wonderful, and others have been lacking in reliability. Once they're here, they're all great. But it has been frustrating dealing with them constantly being late or not showing up.
