For the most part my parents were satisfied with the services they received from this home care agency. The only used services for two days. The care givers that came to help were okay, but there was one who was a heavy smoker. They would help some cleaning around the house. Overall I'ma neutral on rather I would recommend this home care agency.

Synergy made setting up the home care service easy and explained everything up front. Their pricing is very simple. The caregivers that come out to the house to help my mother in law with some housework are on time and friendly. I would recommend this service.
