New owners have made it less friendly and Never inform the actual person making decisions (me) about changes etc- they only communicate with the caregiver not the client- I have had attitude problems with some of the caregivers not wanting to do what is needed and staying on their phones mostly- some not able to cook, and doing things poorly and I definitely have an opinion about all that - I need help I do the best I can and it's been a struggle dealing with them and the people they have sent-And the schedule is NOT flexible when I need to adjust for appointments- both on the synergy side and the actual caregiver

Synergy send me helpers that met my reported requirements. The caregivers were kind, attentive and modivated to provide good care. I will call Synergy for help with my next surgery aftercare and can recommend to others.

They were very responsive, respectful and efficient for the times I needed them.
Very helpful and we will continue to use as needed for backup support! Our family really appreciated the ability of the staff as much needed assistance on short notice. Glad mom was in good hands when we could not be there. We would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare of Katy to other families.

The management team is very responsive, even on the weekends they never missed a phone call from us. They did a great job finding care givers if someone wasn't able to show up. The care giver we did encounter was great and after checking out the value for cost is very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.

They've been great. They were very responsive, and we were able to set things up with them very quickly They were also very accommodating of schedule changes. The workers always showed up on time, and there were never any issues as far as security or being concerned with them being alone in the house with my mother. They really did a nice job.
