This place sucked. She wasn't happy and it was 6000 dollars a month. The staff didn't care, like if she said i need some towels there wasn't nobody walking by and throwing them towels, they'd just pass by. Instead of them working with her leg when she got her knee replaced, they werent, it was more as if she was hurt with upper body strength when they needed to have her working on her leg. they would do things at their convinience. one day my wife was in there and the director was with her too, and she pushed the button for the nurse and it took them so long the director got up and went up to the desk to find out why somebody wasn't taking care of the call, there was a nurse that came down right after that.
