They've very accommodating. Whenever I need to schedule an appointment, I'm able to do it. They try to send the same person all the time, because my loved one has dementia. That way he's familiar with the caregiver. I get PT services through them, and he loves his PT guy. He tries to engage him both physically and mentally. Basically ease of use is excellent. We haven't had any issues with people being late or not showing up. I would say they have done a pretty good job, and think they should be scored very highly.
