Southern hospitality is absolutely the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. They don't show up. They don't call and they have no compassion for your loved one. They are just after the money

We have had 2 ppl assigned to us for respite care in the past 10 days and every scheduled time has been a no-show. Company does not always call back when they need to let you know where the worker is or if they are going to be here/late. They are now looking for a 3rd person (day 10) and we are looking for a new company!
