Neglectful, Lazy, Liars! I rated them on their Facebook page and they Removed the Rating. Over a three week period they allowed patient to Fall Out of his Bed... Twice! We asked for bedrails. They refuse. Staff took the adjustable bed remote off the patient and told him not to "play with it". Patient called us from his cell phone saying he needed assistance. We called facility. No answer for two straight hours! Prior to the facility Losing TWO Sets of hearing aids, we had to repeatedly beg them to put the hearing aids in. Then they habitually allowed the hearing aid batteries to die. Now, conveniently, they disappeared! Patients cell phone was damaged by water. We replaced it, but staff repeatedly fail to charge it. When staff finally picked up their front desk phone (after numerous calls unanswered) we asked for patients cell phone to be charged. Then we had to make multiple calls to ask someone to Turn it On. Then again, multiple calls to ask them to Turn it Up since he no longer has hearing aids. We have daily cell records to prove they habitually do not answer their front desk phones. We have been placed on hold and never had anyone come back. We have been placed on hold waiting for a particular person just to have them get back on the line and say she left ten minutes ago. We have been hung up on. We have been told we would receive updates about the doctors assessment. Never happened. We have been told we would receive call backs several times. It doesn't happen. Physical Therapy was discontinued and we do not understand why. Patient was Covid negative upon arrival and although no visitors are permitted into the building, he recently tested positive! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! I am now afraid of backlash (due to my review) towards the patient because he is still there. Shamrock Removed my other review. Legal Action will be pursued. God KNOWS the Truth. Shamrock associates and management Do Not care about patients! Beware and please say a prayer for my father-in-law.
