Seniors Helping Seniors Mid-Ohio have provided us with the best Caregiver in the world! Our assigned Caregiver has been coming to our home for almost 8 months and she is an angel here on Earth. As my husband's dementia has declined she has been there to support me through each stage. Guiding me, encouraging me and educating me. 2 weeks ago, she was caring for my husband and he was struggling to breath. She kept him calm, called 911 and met with the response team. She went far above and beyond the call of duty. It is an absolute honor and a privilege to know her and to call her our friend.

Our family has been using the services of Seniors Helping Seniors for a number of months. We needed some companion ship for my husband. The person we were matched with has been extremely nice to work with. I feel the Seniors Helping Seniors Agency did an excellent job in their selection process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

[name removed] was wonderful from start to finish! The Caregiver assigned to my elderly mother was [name removed]. She too was absolutely amazing! Scheduling days/shifts was super easy and quick! They were most often times able to accommodate us even last minute when need be! The services this company offers was just what we needed for my mother whom has Alzheimer’s. It’s hard to express how good of an experience we had with seniors helping seniors. Although it was only for a short time, probably about three months, we were more than pleased with them. Always on time and willing to do whatever Mom needed. They also work with our schedule. Mom loved the two ladies that cared for her.Not only did they meet her needs, but they listen to all her stories from many years ago and she liked the companionship. If something would happen, they always have someone to fill in for them never once did they not show up. If you’re looking for some one, that’s dependable and caring I highly recommend seniors helping seniors. They were definitely a blessing to our family.

I have watched this business since she prepared to open. [name removed] was so thorough in being careful with her caregivers. I feel very confident for her caregivers to care for my loved ones. She cares for health and well-being of her clients. She will even take them to their church service if they want to go. She monitors to be sure her caretakers are doing a great job. Never hesitates to jump in and help.

I recently used the services of Seniors Helping Seniors. It was the first time my wife and I have ever needed comfort care. We give this organization an A+ for their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work! When their workers showed up to our house, they were helpful, very respectful and caring. We thought they would just attend to the needs of my wife, but they asked who they could do chores around the house to help reduce my workload. They did prepared meals, the laundry, wash dishes, vacuum our floors and even watered our plants. And because my work schedule did not allow me to see them, they often left notes regarding how the day went, to include if I needed to provide any items to help them do their job, such as additional food items or cleaning supplies. If you are in need of someone to watch your love one, skip the rest, they’re the BEST!
