Senior Helpers has provided in-home help to my father for about one and one-half years. The help is good, and importantly for us, they have bent over backwards to find replacement help for Dad when his primary caregiver is unavailable. On all but maybe 1 or 2 occasions, Senor Helpers has provided a caregiver and usually on short notice! My dad is unhappy about a recent price increase, but I've told him that demand is higher for caregivers/workers now than it was during the darkest days of Covid, and Senior Helpers is likely trying to retain their workers and even add new ones. In any event, I've said (and he agrees), Senior Helpers can only be as reliable and accommodating as they are if they have a reasonably stable roster of workers who are happy with their jobs. I highly recommend Senior Helpers.... Read more

Very unorganized, never enough "caregivers" I was very disappointed. The one "caregiver" that was wonderful with my Mom was only available once a week. We were looking to ease my Mom into someone being here 3 times a week but had to settle for the one day. This was our first experience hiring a "caregiver" and wanted to make it as pleasant as possible for my Mom and not overwhelm her. They didn't seem to understand that and just couldn't work with the schedule we wanted. As you know this was very difficult for my husband and I so we considered ourselves lucky to have the one day just to get out for lunch. Lots of promises that did not happen.
