A wonderful service

The caregiver is on time and they work well with my father in law. They help with some personnel needs as well as they take him to the store. They also encourage him to walk and get out of the house. They helped get us set up with physical and occupational therapy. They explained things up front. We have had some communication issues, however they are working on this. I would recommend this agency... Read more

Service Options

Independence is key, so Senior Helpers of the Lehigh Valley offers several care options that help caregivers avoid any boundaries while ensuring the right level of care for each individual. Handling daily tasks alone can become difficult when aging, so the company offers companion care focused on improving the health and well-being of clients.

Care plans include Alzheimer’s and dementia care, companion care, transitional care, surgery assistance, Parkinson’s care, personal care, and respite care. If clients and their loved ones aren’t sure what care type is best for them, an exclusive assessment can help them find the right care type.

Perfect match

The match between my father and his caregiver is perfect. Senior Helpers found him this match. Anytime that I call to request a time for the caregiver my call is answered and dealt with in a timely manner. I can be thankful that I found Senior Helpers!!

Not A Good Experience

Our experience with Senior Helpers was not a good one at all. They advertised that they had caregivers in our area, but they were always having trouble finding someone for us, caregivers were never on time, and they often didn't show up at all. The caregivers did not seem to be of good quality when they did show up, and they didn't seem very interested in doing their job. The people on the office were very nice, and our interview went very well. I just wish they would have been upfront with us about not having caretakers in our area. Given our experience, I cannot recommend this service to others.
