[name removed] was excellent and caring and professional. She kept in contact regularly and I really appreciated her help. The. Caregivers were professional also. Sometimes it was difficult to schedule visits due to her chemotherapy dates.

Very responsive. They set up urgent care in less than a day. They are flexible with adjusting days and times as the situation changes. They have supported the client at home, in the hospital and at a rehab. The caregivers are a wonderful match for the clients. The caregivers do not require a lot of direction and have been very helpful with a variety of tasks from light house work to transportation to appointments to running errands.

Very good service run by professionals, good people.

We have been pleased with senior helpers. Sometimes their communication can be a little lacking but other than that they are fantastic. The caretakers are wonderful.

The leadership and caregivers were both inexperienced and unprofessional. I would suggest you explore other options. The caregivers did not show up most of the time. One of the caregivers came in on the phone, with dirty wrinkled clothes and could not tell me what she was here to do. She pulled up her tasks screen on her phone and said she did not know what why she was here. When I called to report the behavior, the leadership was just as bad. The leadership sets the tone. I would not recommend.

Senior Helpers is an excellent company if you are looking for a caregiver. They provide exceptional caregivers who go through a rigorous training program. They have many resources and kind staff who are always available to help. I've would recommend coming to this company if you need help caring for a loved one. The senior gems program gives caregivers a methodical approach to dementia related care.

I was extremely disappointed with the caregiver that was sent to my house for my father. The meeting with the person to get information about my father and what we needed and expected went so well that I was very surprised. They got the schedule wrong to start with. I needed a daytime person and the girl they sent was for overnights. That was nothing compared to the appearance of the girl. She was in dirty clothes,had dirty hair and holes in her shoes. I would not have let her watch my dog let alone my father. I understand many people just hire people to take care of family members and never see them because they can't be bothered with it but I don't do that. The woman I spoke with to cancel the contract didn't even realize my father lives with me I suppose she thought I would never see her if she worked at night.

Our experience with Seniors Helpers has been good overall, my Dad seems to like the people that they send over. He says they've always done a good job cooking for him, which is one of the main reasons we use the service. Generally they're good about showing up on time or alerting to any scheduling difficulties, although there was one Saturday where they did not let us know ahead of time they didn't have anyone, which was disconcerting.

So far our experience with Senior Helpers has been a good one! The aide they chose for Mom has been a great fit, and Mom has shown a lot of improvement since we started with the service.
