Not Reliable

They weren't very communicative They were very short staffed. So we would have to show up every time a new person came in, because you don't want a stranger going into your 87-year-old loved one's home. One time they didn't even tell us it was a new person. When we showed up early, the person on duty would leave before their shift was over because they knew if the next person didn't show up they would have to stay and cover. One night they didn't have coverage at all.
