My loved one is there for respite care. The place is clean and he is comfortable there. The arrangements were easy.

The staff has been very loving to my loved one and treat her with dignity and respect. She moved to another area for her medical condition, it was a change for her and hard for her, but I am very happy with the transition.

It has been starting off well, we are happy with the nursing care he has received. We have been really happy with the staff. I would recommend Roo Lan to a friend.

The staff is wonderful and he loves their food. The meals are on time and the services are good.

They did well. Everybody liked my loved one and it was a good experience. They did everything they were supposed to and he ate well.

The staff is so kind to my mother. The employees act like they're happy to be there. They have so much knowledge. They've given me so much information I didn't have before my mother came here.

Our stay has been pretty good. It is nice and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. It takes a while to get help to the bathroom but I understand they have a lot of people to care for.

As far as I know, everything has been good. I can see that my loved one is doing well.

The staff treats my mother well. The nurses, doctors and nurse practitioners give me feedback for my mother.

My brother has really enjoyed his stay. We really liked it! They have an amazing staff, they are cheerful! When I visit, I always see the staff handing out things like popsicles to the patients. The clientele is good and they seem to be happy. The building just has a warm atmosphere and way about it. At first, it was difficult, my loved one struggled with the therapy, but now, he has made so much progress. They have gotten him to a point where he doesn't even need to ask for pain killers. The food looks amazing! They do little things like milk and juice. Also, my friend has mentioned that they are very good about substituting items as well. The kitchen is accommodating. If you have a lot of questions they are right there to answer any of them.

The staff is excellent. I have a long history of seeing Nursing Homes, and I've never been so impressed with the quality of staff. It's a family environment. One of the staff members from the memory care side was just great, friendly, knew her job, and just had a very compassionate bedside manner. The memory care center is immaculate. The nursing home side is a little bit older. It's clean, but it's worn. The food is good, but it's not gourmet, but my loved one seems to enjoy it.

My mother has been making a lot of progress here and doing better! I don't necessarily have a lot of first-hand experience seeing the services, but I will say, that last night I was able to take my mother out of the facility on an outing. We went out to dinner and even played a game of pool together.

The staff takes good care of their patients. They call me and let me know what is going on.

The nursing care was good and there was a nurse who was especially helpful. The communication was excellent!

From what I have seen, the meals look fine. My loved one hasn't complained about any of the meals.

I don't have a lot of experience with the rehab therapy services but I have communicated with one staff member and he seems really helpful and knows what he is doing. My loved one has to go immediately when she needs to use the restroom, and the staff is pretty good about getting to her. She hasn't been complaining at all about the meals.

The staff has been pretty friendly and attentive. Communication with hospice workers needs to be improved. They get misinterpreted or don't get things done.

We have always been very pleased with Roo Lan! We usually use the facility for my loved one's respite stays and once we used it for therapy services. We have never had any problem. He really enjoyed his stay especially because of the staff treatment. They are superb and all of them were friendly. The main thing I was struck by was their competence. All of the staff was always so eager to help and were always checking in to see what they could do. The cleanliness was outstanding. Oh, golly! I didn't notice anything that was not clean. They were thorough with the communication and covered everything to me and my sister!

I would recommend Roo Lan. It has a smaller, homey atmosphere, especially if that is what someone is looking for. I had an interaction with the head nurse and they were wonderful. The nursing staff was good and very, very helpful! The cleanliness is very good and the hallway is kept clean. There was a conference and we worked together to come up with a better plan for my mother. I have especially been in communication with the nurse practitioner. I called him one morning and he rearranged his schedule for me and was just so very helpful. At the meeting, we worked together to provide more information with each other. He gave helpful medical advice as well. I feel that due to my mother's condition she could be bathed a little more often.
