At first, they were very good signing us up and the first day was very good with the first home health aide. She was very friendly and very helpful the first day even though she had to learn where everything was in the house and everything. The second time, a different home health aide came and she was an hour late. My dad was upset because he had gotten ready and prepared for her to come at a certain time and he didn't know what was going on other people to be on time so he can keep a schedule. The third time I believe was the same person and she came to work knowing that she probably had Covid. She tested positive at home. I was told and I got a phone call from Right At Home telling me that they are picking up the person at my parents house because she has Covid. Luckily my parents were not exposed and were fine. They said they were going to still send somebody on Monday and that person never showed up. I'm not sure why they were going to send somebody if my parents were exposed to Covid but the person that was supposed to come did not come. They said that she overslept. So they had lots of strikes against them so that's why we ended it.
