What we like the most about Right at Home is the caregiver for our loved one is very helpful and friendly, and that is for both my husband and me. We would absolutely recommend Right at Home to other families, [name removed] made all the work smoothly.

The providers from this company were either late or had very little idea of how to provide care for an elderly person. I terminated services due to the care provided putting my grandmother at risk. I requested the cate givers wear a mask during care, one of the providers told me she was wearing a mask and I could see through the cameras that she wasn’t. She didn’t know how to read the blood pressure reading or read the pill bottle before administering medication. She gave my grandmother a pill that is suppose to be put under the tongue water to swallow it. There were a few other language barriers. Another one left her trash in her bedroom and dirty dishes in the sink. They did very little, I terminated services because I felt my grandmother wasn’t safe with the care providers. The company retained my deposit because I didn’t give 2 weeks notice. Would you give 2 weeks notice if the care your loved one received was subpar or questionable?

Right at Home Orlando is the best home care provider we have ever used. Their caring attitude and level of concern for my needs were great, they provided comfort and reassurance and the caregiver always had a calm attitude. They are always providing consistent care for me and respond to every one of my needs. Their office is prompt and attentive and we recommend Right at Home to everyone we know who needs senior care!.

Right at Home Orlando was the best company we ever worked with. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. We never had home care in the past and they did a amazing job taking care of my senior parents. Right at Home is without a doubt the best care company in Orlando!

The caregivers are very caring and knowledgeable about the patients condition. They are prompt and friendly and help out in other ways around the house as well which we appreciate. They go above and beyond the basic requirements. We have had no issues what-so-ever with scheduling. I would definitely recommend Right at Home Orlando to others looking for home care services.

When researching in home care, Right at Home Orlando was recommended to us from another Agency.  When we spoke with them, they were honest, knowledgeable and their rates were really fair.  Their services were flexible and they were able to work around my needs and best of all they were available 24 hours.  We appreciated that they were friendly, understanding, supportive and are a very reliable and accommodating company.  They were always available and made sure we always had services.

Right at Home Orlando is a wonderful company with great people working there. When my mom needed help with day-to-day activities, Right at Home allowed her get that help without moving into an as assisted living facility. Her two caregivers were healthcare professionals, who were trained to handle all of her needs. We couldn't have kept my mom in her home without the help of Right at Home.

Getting in home care was really new to us and our first experience with home care was with Right at Home. They’ve been great! Their were assigned to us from the VA and were very prompt and caring. Right at Home Orlando was suggest to us from our Advent Health Social worker and its been wonderful to have them help my loved one. I’m able to take a little break when the caregiver is here and its provided my loved one with a break from me as well. When Jasmine comes, she helps my mother take a shower, makes her lunch and spends some quality time with her. They talk about what’s going on in the work and read some magazines which my mother loves. Their team of caregivers know exactly what to look for, what to expect and what do to next to help her. They treat my mother lovingly, patiently and as if my mother was their mother.

They have helped me a lot and their team always introduces me to the Caregivers. Its been an excellent company to work with and they always call me to make sure I am okay, because if I fell, I would be in a lot of trouble. Their team understand my needs and everyone they send have been really sweet and caring.

My relative has had caregivers from Right At Home for almost a year. He is suffering from Dementia. I can speak from experience that the caregivers are very hands on. Interacting with him- engaging him- taking him on walks and for me a very important aspect is how clean and tidy he is kept. For the first 8 months they also drove him to doctors appointments- always on time, etc. The administrators are always easily contacted. I can highly recommend this organization and have to others.

Right at Home has always provided me with good, quality in home care. When the caregiver came, she was on time and did what she was asked to do for me. She was eager and ready to do her job every time. I would absolutely recommend Right at Home to a friend if they needed in home services.

We decided to work with Right at Home because the owner came out, met with me and my husband and informed us of all the different options. The owner helped educate us on benefits we didn’t know we could receive through the VA and helped walk us through the process. The office staff is great and worked with us to find the right caregiver who could accommodate our demanding schedule, they come on time, do what we ask and ask if there is anything else they can do to help. Their care team takes charge and tries to find solutions to help with my husbands care, they are attentive, caring and always look for something to do. In other words, if they run out of things to do, they ask for more things to do to help.
