Worse nursing facility. staff has to b told when to change my grandmother and even then it was at a later time. Food was so hard you could throw it against the wall and it still wouldn’t break. Never give meds on time. Staff is very rude

May times people a left wandering and several falls.. a lot of times there would be 2 staff members for 50 residents so if your loved ones need changed or ?? takes forever staff are overwhelmed a lot of turnover... I was there for 2 years because that all th VA would cover... if you have another choice this should your last do not let them tell you their are 4 or 5 stars

I was living at Ratama for several months. To me it was an okay place. I always had plenty of people to talk to. The nurses seemed to be doing a good job taking care of us. They had some different activities for us to do everyday, and were always making cookies, yummy! Sometimes we would get to go places in one of their vans, like shopping, etc. The only thing is you would have to share your room with someone else.
