Office/Management is only available during the first part of the month to collect rent. There is no security, lighting is very dim and non-residents be walking in the building. There is no where for the residents to sit out and enjoy the summer weather, they sit in front of the building in chairs. The building is historical but they could at least put in nice furniture and fix the building up. The management only cleans the building up when it is time for section 8 inspection to be done. The is a serve problem with bed bugs in this senior living residents. Theft is an issue, homeless people breaks in and sleeps on the furniture or steals property from the building. There is not security cameras even though the office/management will tell you that it is just to get you in there so they can keep their section 8 certificate. There is not many activities for residents one night a week they may have bingo and that's it. There is some drug activity within the building. Management does care what is going on in the building because they are never there and they are only available when necessary. Like I said the first five days of each month to collect the rent. The entire building needs a make over and bring things up the date, replace the old furniture. I would not recommend this senior living apartments to anyone. Just because it is located downtown doesn't mean anything.
