Recevied outstand care with friendly staff. My therapy was focused on getting back to home as quickly as possible. I cannot thank all of the staff enough. Have no fear the staff at Remarkable Healthcare CARE about your health, goals and needs.

The administration of this place is HORRIBLE. My father was here for 11 days. We NEVER received or signed correct admissions paperwork. [name removed] NEVER returns phone calls. The director of the facility NEVER returned calls. Nobody knows what their Covid policy is (not even the director of nursing) and try to keep patients in Covid isolation even after they are out of the Covid post positive isolation window. In 11 days we were only able to talk to our father three times. They never got the phone in his room to receive calls. Run from this place as fast as you can.

The facility is beautiful but understaffed. There was often only one CNA in the feeding part of the cafeteria. Oral care was rarely done in the evening. When you turned on the call light, the wait before assistance was 10-15 minutes. I could see staff working past their shift time. I sense the staff needs more support. Fluids were not pushed and my mother had urinary tract infections. There are some good nurses and CNAs but definitely understaffed. I would not recommend this place for your loved one and don't be fooled by the pretty building or promotional brochure. Whoever owns this place needs to keep less profit, hire more staff, and train/support them!

My mother is here now. It is very nice, but most of the patients have pretty bad dementia. My mom has only mild dementia, and is there because of her diabetes and heart disease and the fact that she can't walk. It was a little scary for her the first couple of days. She's gotten used to it now though, and seems to like it.
