Regency Grande Post-Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My father stayed here over the summer. Some of the staff are very kind. There are a few that aren't and I urge family members to visit as much as possible to see who is good and who isn't. I volunteered to feed my father dinner and went outside to the waiting area as he needed privacy for a few minutes. When I tried to get back in the building 10 minutes later at 730 pm the door was locked. I knocked for 10 minutes and the front desk and charge nurse ignored me. They were at the desk and looked right at me. My purse & car keys were in the building and my dad needed me to feed him. Visiting hours end at 8, not 730. They were messing with me & my dad was just diagnosed with terminal cancer I tried the front door. That was locked. I got a janitor to let me in the side and then they didn't answer when I asked why the door was locked. I was told attitudes here will change when I reported the incident. If you encounter a woman named [name removed] please be on alert. She is not a professional.

I believe that my stay with ExcelCare at Dover was a tremendously helpful stay. The nurses that helped me are good, and the entire nursing department was efficient and very friendly and kind during my stay.

There was such great food here! The staff at Dover also took great care of her and were kind and attentive. Everyone was very nice during my visits. The facility and the rooms were very clean and well kept together.

The nurses always wanted to help in any way they could. The therapists were fabulous, a real treasure. Fine dinning was great, I wanted to bring the food home with me.

The rehab staff is wonderful! My mom is doing so well under Regency's care. At home, she wouldn't even get up from her bed. She is now able to take walks with her walker and do many other activities. She is happy and active again. At 94, she has gotten her life back. Blessings!

I was touched by the lovely basket Regency sent to my home. I can’t thank the staff enough for the beautiful care they gave my mom. Everyone who helped in my mom’s care was absolutely care.

Regency Grande gave my mom amazing care. We miss her a lot, but it is comforting to know that she was surrounded by a compassionate and loving staff.

I was at Regency Grande six years ago. I have been to so many other facilities in the past, and this was the last one I had come to and was by far the best. The next time I am told I have to do rehabilitation, I am coming back to Regency Grande.

It is very difficult to explain an overwhelmed sense of respect and honor for the act of faith displayed by all of your staff for the care given to all the residents. Hurrying to answer a call bell, working with frightened residents in therapy. Making people grow strong! Medicine always arrives on time, people actually get a careful comfortable shower. I have only amazing things to say about Regency Grande Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

The staff provided wonderful care to my mother.

My mom received warm, loving care from Regency. The staff will always hold a place in our hearts.

Regency Grande has done an amazing job fighting this awful virus. We really are grateful that my mother is a resident here.

Regency Grande is very clean and the activity team is great! However, recently there was a sudden change in that department and hopefully the activities team will shine again. [Name removed] the director always made the residents happy and engaged. She was always there for the residents and families for emotional support when needed. It's a shame she is no longer there anymore; she made the activity team shine the last few years my mom has been there. She will be missed. The administrator is not very compassionate with family members. It's unfortunate really. Hats off to the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness.

The decision to place him in Regency Grade was the best decision we could have made. He was greeted by nurturing, sensitive staff making every effort to ensure his safety and comfort. In fact the staff was instrumental in his decision to remain as a permanent resident.

My dad was a resident at Regency Grade. I am writing to applaud the care that was provided to him for the past six plus years. The decision to place a loved on in a nursing facility is a challenge. I commend the management and the staff on the 3rd floor, who were always very helpful. I believe they ensured that my dad received the best care possible. The nursing assistants were always so kind, respectful, and compassionate about their work.

[Names removed] are also caring kind This staff on the 5th floor helped with anything I needed I have respect and love for them all Did not even receive any condolences from owner or Management not even a card Nurses and aides took care Of everything they should be proud of what they do [Name removed] you are amazing person and helping in getting Everything for my mom.
