Mostly it was my brother in law, but I was very happy for the help and how fast it was from A Place for Mom. My step mom is safe in her new environment and doing relatively well.
My experience with Ready to Serve could not have been better. The CEO, [name removed], provided the necessary services within two hours of my initial call late on a Saturday afternoon. She regularly checked in with me for feedback on the caregivers and accommodated all my requests for adjustments to the schedule times. All caregivers were qualified and very professional. I would highly recommend Ready 2 Serve.
