Neglectful and inexperienced

Our family had many issues with this AFH. The employees spend too much time on their phones and not supervising their vulnerable residents. It is obvious the employees have no experience with dementia and tend to be very impatient. We were promised excellent care, home cooked meals and activities. We got bare-minimum care, cold cereal and pop tarts. Activities consisted of being sat in front of a TV.

Wonderful home

This home us wonderful. All the staff are very caring. My mother is living there now and I wouldn't move here for the world. I am so happy that my mother found a home for life. God Bless them all.

They were awful, just horrible.

They were awful, just horrible. They would call me and tell me I might have to come and take care of him, because they were too busy to keep him safe. They let him run out of medicines. They have no alarm on the door and they are all dementia patients. Most of their patients just sit slumped in a chair all day, it's sad. I could just go on and on about them. They are not good at all!
