I'd recommend the company. As for the caregivers assigned, they were hit or miss

This is caregiver agency. I would say they are very professional, accommodating, thoughtful in trying to find a caregiver to match the family's needs/personality. They respond quickly to missed phone calls and messages. I selected this agency because they responded to my initial call quickly and arranged to meet us right away. Fortunately the meeting went well and we agreed to work with Prestige that day. That was important because we had an urgent need for a caregiver right away.

They provided THE worst care takers. Not sure they have a great pool Of people. The company owners were as nice as ever, but their caretakers were horrible.
From the initial telephone consult with Prestige Home Care Angels to the interviews, everyone was compassionate and professional. I requested that my dad and I meet in advance with everyone who would be involved with my dad's care. Long story short, my Dad's team of five is caring and compassionate. Everything from the homemade meals, the sincere communication, and their willingness to engage my dad in a physical fitness routine is done with love. This includes daily walks and light exercises. My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in February.
