Just What We Were Looking For, with Great Service and Care

The staff were great and friendly. I would highly recommend Preferred Care at Home to others for their loved ones. The caregivers were very caring and loving towards our loved one and family. The caregivers were always willing to work with the family on the care of our loved one. If money was an issue, they were willing to change the schedule and work with us on the cost. They were willing to schedule a caregiver when it would fit our schedule the best.... Read more

Our experience

We are no longer with this company, We started in June and by September we went through 4 different caregivers. We received short notice when people would not be able to come. One caregiver showed up twice in not work appropriate clothing after being spoken to about it. We asked them to text me when they were there and when they were leaving. I was at my moms and she texted me and said she was there but she was not, she showed up 15 minutes late. The website says they hire no one with less than 3 years experience. I was talking with a caregiver and she had told me she only had 6 month experience. I could not trust them and I would not recommend to others looking.

Fantastic service

We've been absolutely ecstatic about the service we've received. Argie Martinez is a top notch caregiver running a top notch service. We couldn't be happier with them, and would absolutely recommend them to others.
