Our family had a very poor experience with Preferred Care at Home of Greater Huntsville. Ways that they could improve would be to make sure they can fulfill what they promise as well as hire people that show up when scheduled.

Preferred Care provided what they say they would provide for my loved one. The biggest concern we have had some scheduling conflicts due to the caregiver not showing up. They still try to send a caregiver out to assist my loved one the new caregiver may show up late. Preferred Care is doing some light housekeeping, companionship, and assistance with some errands for my loved one.
