The care Phileo Home Care provided was mostly personal care and it was excellent. They went over and above. We set them up for my mom who had hip surgery. The day before they came, my mom rolled out of bed and broke her hip again. [name removed] followed through, and visited my mom in the hospital. We were supposed to have M-F service, but my mom went home on a Thursday and refused Fri-Sun. She accepted on Monday, which happened to be Memorial Day. They still kept in touch, they called and texted back and forth with me. They were very patient, as I know my mom isn't the easiest person. They also allowed us to keep their service just in case we need them in the future. I'm a nurse, and this kind of service was wonderful, just over and above.... Read more

Never again

I don’t recommend this company at all, very unprofessional. I get overcharged every week and Barbara never answers the phone. I would call everyday no answer and the workers come in and go to sleep. Don’t clean up my mom has never got a good made meal.

Review for Phileo Home Care TN

I would not recommend them because as time went on, the owner was very difficult to get in touch with. Also, if the regular sitter wasn't able to come, we asked that they not send a replacement because they were not as good as the regular sitter.
