He’s really picky when it comes to food and he loved the food there . Employees are in great spirits and very helpful . Their energy is contagious. Would recommend Peoria to friends and family . It’s hard to not mention names but if I can just say how amazing the CNAs In hall [removed] are. Most of the nurses I met were so nice and caring and the therapy team is top notch. My mother in law was well taken care of!

I broke my leg in three different places. Hospital recommended this place. Upon arrival I received very little help moving around. My medication which they had on hand was not given to me. I was provided one meal which was spoiled fruit and cottage cheese. The beds are awful old and extremely uncomfortable. The TV and facility hardware was not maintained and did not function correctly. I saw other patients asking for more food as their portion was very tiny. The staff was rude obnoxious to myself and every patient around me. This place does not follow COVID policy. Staff would come with masks not on properly and did not even have gloves at times when touching patient board or items. It does not surprise me at all they had so many infections. Do not come to this facility if you value your loved ones lives. I have video of patients begging for medication only to be berated rudely. I sign out of facility the next day no help was given to me to leave and not even a walker.

Don’t go to this place. Very poor care. Nurses don’t know what they are doing. Nurses Aids don’t care. Nursing Supervisor does not care. Drugs on the floor. They lie about giving showers. They say you can get one 2 days per week. Than when you get discharged they say you can have one everyday. What liers. Rest room in your room was filthy rotten. Takes 3 hours to get IM pain meds. They don’t even answer lights. She have to hunt Nurses down with your walker. Nursing Supervisor says she is to busy to give IM pain meds. She says she is busy charting. I said get of your ass and if you don’t I want the Director Of Nursing called at home and Administrator called at home. Also i said I am calling CBS news on what shitty care your giving. That lit a fire under the Nursing Supervisor’s ass ! This all during the night shift at 3 am. If your case worker wants you To go there refuse and go somewhere else and run. This place is a big joke. First knee surgery I went there post op. Physical therapy does not even do the right exercises. I was suppose to get it twice per day ordered by my Orthopedic surgeon. I am lucky I even got it. I was told no Physical Therapy on weekends. My second knee surgery I went straight home. I had Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome from This hellish place. I would not even take a dog there. Shame on them. Plus I forgot they were always short staffed. Maybe they should hire more qualified people and raise their pay. Nurses aids were so lazy.

My brother is currently living here. They are providing excellent nursing service and physical therapy, helping him regain the ability to walk. He has been there a little over two months Sept 5th. His only complaint is that he does not like the food.
