I was introduced to Structured Family Care at a time when my loved one was being considered for the Nursing Home. The Structured Family Care program gave us an option that enabled my loved one to keep a degree of freedom to do the things that are enjoyable and not being restricted. The program also allows the family to stay together because the structure is still intact, the care that is being given is coming from family that knows their likes and dislikes and their feeling of security, caring and love is not interrupted, so having a sense of well-being and trust continues.
