AdventHealth Care Center Review

My aunt died within one week of admittance to AdventHealth Care Center Overland Park, formerly Overland Park Nursing & Rehab Center. We tried to get answers. We left three messages for the rehabilitation administrator, none of which were returned. Finally when we did get a hold of her she was not helpful and blew us off. She had a report to do. Also I feel like our confidentially was violated. The administrator informed another non employee and non family person that we had questions about my aunts death. We will be contacting the director of Advent Health Care Systems or the owner.

Great and happy environment

Walked in and everyone was welcoming and asking if I had been helped. Rooms were clean and staff were working not on there phones like I've seen at others. Patients were napping and were engaged.

I wouldn't recommend this place.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They were awful. They only gave us 3 days to find somewhere new for my loved one. They didn't give us any help or information to help us navigate any of this. There were lots of things they never did anything about, bedsores, and other issues. We never got to see the doctor, he would always come in, and see the patients in the morning before they opened, and didn't seem to care much for the patients. We had to be there to stay on top of things. If she didn't eat, nobody would help her, she just wouldn't eat. And the food was bad too.
