Option For Senior America worked well with us to find affordable care for our mom. The person they sent was wonderful, but she is retiring at the end of this month. They are sending a replacement. We are looking forward to her helping.

Excellent, professional, knowledgeable, kind and reliable CNAs and administrative staff. Easy to work with. They all went above and beyond to see that our family member had the very best, personalized care at home. Their presence made all the difference for the best possible quality of life for patient and family.

I can't say too many nice things about [name removed]and her team at Options in Burlington. After my mom passed away, my dad, who was suffering from dementia needed help with bathing, medications, etc. I live out of state and we really needed someone trustworthy to help us out. We started using Options in 2019 and continued until my dad moved into facility in another part of the state in 2022. During that time, the Options staff took extremely good care of my dad. They never missed a day, were always courteous, thorough, and very engaged; exactly what you are looking for in this situation. This was my first experience needing a caregiver service. I found a true gem! From my first phone call, I recognized what a wonderful company this is. They have it all: expertise, compassion, efficiency, reliability, excellent listening and communication skills, and I could go on and on. Their caregivers are dependable and handle even difficult situations with outstanding professionalism. Jered and the entire staff not only exceeded my expectations, they provided expert care for the resident while very kindly taking care of me, too, during a very stressful time. Options provided care to my aunt who is 86 years old. I live 556 miles away so the long distance made caregiving directly by me difficult. Mom and Dad had never had 24/7 care before; I was very pleased with the professionalism and personal interactive skills displayed by the caretakers from Options. They were very willing to provide just the amount of care needed, and to be present less often as my mother's recovery progressed. I asked Options' President if I could give a rating higher than "5;" if I could, I would.

Excellent experience with 'Options for Senior America!" My mother is 90 years old and we needed just the right person to come in a few times a week to assist with bathing, meals, medication reminders and some light housekeeping. When I called this agency, they sent a nurse by the house the next day to find out details of what Mom needed. [name removed] , the nurse, was courteous, professional and friendly. They worked with our schedule and chose the right caregiver for Mom. My Mom is not very sociable or comfortable around strangers, but [name removed] , our caregiver, was very understanding and by the second visit, my Mom felt at ease. The office staff was quick to handle any calls or questions I had. I am so grateful for all the good help and efficiency from them.
