Options for Senior America Atlanta

I was given several names of agencies from A Place for Mom. I contacted a few and decided to go with Options because of the breadth of assistance I received from them. So far I give them highest marks on all counts.

[Name removed], the caregiver, is compassionate, dependable, competent and has a great attitude. The management is responsive to our needs even after- hours. Strongly recommended.

Agency is not Medicare certified, thus the cost has become a challenge. But the care provided by both caregivers, [name removed] and [name removed], is great and the overall quality of the service is excellent.

I have been signed up with Options home health company for a little over three weeks to try and get someone to come and help me take care of my mother. They are really having hard time trying to find someone to come out to our house and they do not have a nurse that could make it to our home. The staff have been polite to work with but I think they need to make sure they can accommodate peoples needs before they agree to help them.

Life Plans provider Pathway gave us names of several agencies. When we called Options, the conversation with the manager made us go with them. The caregiver was very polite, a good listener and patient.

This agency was among the ones referred to us by A Place For Mom. I chose Options because of their pricing and the fact that they are very close to Budd Terrace. We're new with them but so far everything seems excellent.

So far they have been working out well. They show up when they are supposed to, and I haven't really had any complaints so far. We have been happy with the service.

My mother was not opposed to having a care giver sitting with her while I am at work. Mr. [Removed] (Options Community Relations Manager) has been very helpful in following up and in answering all of our questions. The nurse was thorough and pleasant.
